- 175 additional walk‑in repair locations plus the existing mail‑in option.
- Free battery replacement for devices whose battery falls below 80% after the standard warranty.
- Mechanical and electrical failures after the manufacturer warranty are covered for the entire policy term.
- New monthly payment option (up to 60 months) and a cancellable two‑year fixed‑term plan.
- Optional theft and loss coverage with a guaranteed replacement device dispatched within 48 hours of claim approval (max two successful claims per year).
- Requirement to activate Samsung Knox Guard within 30 days of starting the policy to qualify for theft/loss protection.
