Funding Overview

ElevenLabs disclosed a fresh financing round that pushes its post‑money valuation to $11 billion—more than three times the $3.2 billion valuation recorded in its January 2025 round.

Key points of the round include:

  • Existing investor a16z quadrupled its commitment.
  • Iconiq, the lead investor of the prior round, tripled its investment.
  • Prior backers BroadLight, NFDG, Valor Capital, AMP Coalition, and Smash Capital participated again.
  • New entrants Lightspeed Venture Partners, Evantic Capital, and Bond joined the syndicate.

Use of Proceeds

The company plans to allocate the capital toward three main pillars:

  • Intensive research and product development for its voice‑AI platform.
  • Geographic expansion into high‑growth markets such as India, Japan, Singapore, Brazil, and Mexico.
  • Strategic partnerships, with additional investors to be announced in February.

Business Traction

ElevenLabs closed 2025 with $330 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). In a Bloomberg interview, CEO Staniszewski highlighted that the firm reached the $200‑$300 million ARR bracket within just five months.

Industry Context

Voice‑AI model providers are attracting significant investor interest. Competitor Deepgram raised $130 million at a $1.3 billion valuation in January, while tech giant Google poached talent from Hume AI.
